About Dwight

Dwight Gillespie was born in Paterson, NJ where he was raised with his six brothers and sisters. His parents battled addiction, and his father committed suicide when the author was eighteen. Gillespie is a veteran of the US Air Force and, after the death of his son, battled heroin addiction and frequently contemplated suicide. He has been in recovery since 2012 and currently resides in Queens, NY.

Gillespie is host of the popular podcast Change Your Life, and Price Tags is his first book.
